What do I get when I join?
You get access to the Website Tech Toolkit: high-converting website page templates, content creation guides, and the full video library showing you exactly how to edit and update everything. You’ll also get access to our hosting space/tools and the private Facebook group for support and marketing tips.
What happens after I purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with the next steps. I’ll get your website space set up and then help you connect your domain to the hosting (so your website goes live on your domain). Once that’s done, you can start adding your content using the templates and videos.
How long does setup take?
In most cases, setup is quick. Once you’ve purchased and we’ve got your domain pointed correctly, you can be up and running fast. If you respond promptly to the domain connection steps, you can typically be ready to start building the same day.
What is the £197 setup fee for?
The £197 one-time setup covers getting your website space created, installing the templates, and guiding you through connecting your domain to the hosting so everything works properly from day one. And getting you lifetime access to the video library should you want to self host your website.
What does the £29/month include?
Your £29/month membership keeps your hosting/tools active and gives you ongoing access to the private Facebook group plus continued access to the Toolkit resources such as the email marketing.
When does the monthly payment start?
The monthly payment starts 30 days after your sign up date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, you won’t be billed again.
Are there any contracts or minimum terms?
No long contracts. It’s a simple rolling monthly membership.
Do I need to be “techy” to use this?
No. The templates are designed to be easy to populate, and the video library walks you through each step so you always know what to do next.
Will you write the website content for me?
This Toolkit is designed to help you create your own content using the guides provided. If you want hands-on help with copywriting or a fully done-for-you build, get in touch and I’ll tell you what options are available.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. If you already have a domain, you can use it. I’ll show you what to change so it points to the hosting correctly.
I already have hosting, can I still use this?
Yes. If you want to join for the templates, the structure, and the step-by-step guidance. If you want to keep your existing hosting, contact me first and I’ll advise the best route.
Do I own my website?
You own your domain and your content. Your membership gives you access to the hosting space/tools and the Toolkit resources while you’re subscribed. You will be able to get your own website hosting and take the website with you. You won’t be held hostage like other platforms do. We build on WordPress and use the Divi theme as our base. If you stay a member you get updates to the theme and other plugins and tools included.
What kind of support do I get?
You’ll get support inside the private Facebook group, plus guidance on the setup steps (especially around connecting your domain). You’ll also have the video library to follow along whenever you need. And you can always reach out to us for help.
Is this right for brand new businesses?
Yes, it’s built for startups and small businesses who want a professional website and lead system without paying agency prices.
What if I get stuck?
Post in the private Facebook group or fill in the support form and I’ll help you get unstuck. The whole point is to remove the tech headaches and keep you moving forward.
Can I get a refund?
If you are really stuck and you have tried to get your head around things and have asked for help within the first 30 days we will happily refund you or help you get the result that’s best for you and your business. But reach out and ask for help, we are here for you!
